Sellers
Showings die when the house looks like a storage unit. Packing that isn’t done slips the closing date. You didn’t get your license to hunt down trucks and tape. Clients text you like you’re the moving company.
Sign up for the Partner Portal. The local tote business approves you. Send the seller to book on that site. They pack without a hallway of cardboard. The house stays showable. Pickup happens when they move. You never run the route.
Buyers
They closed. The old house has to be empty and the new one has to be livable. Cardboard, a borrowed van, and a 10pm search for moving boxes is the default. You still get the panic texts.
Same Partner Portal. Send the buyer to book on the local tote site. They choose delivery and pickup and move without a pile of boxes. You look like the person who actually helped the move.
How it works
In the Partner Portal you ask to join, the local tote business approves you, and you send the client to book. Delivery and pickup stay on that local tote business’s job list. You never drive the route.
